- Polishing of airfoils of all rows of gas turbine compressor blades and vanes.
- The MTS and SPE are dedicated standard machine tools with SIEMENS 840D SL controller for polishing, linishing and grinding of fan blades, compressor blades, vanes such as OGVs, IGVs as well as titanium leading edge sheaths (inserts) for composite fan blades.
- Both blade polishers MTS and SPE come with 6 CNC axis and a 7th auto adaptive axis with programmable force control for polishing/grinding pressure.
