Full Automatic Double Disc Grinding machine of Nissei machine model V-5PD(SP) Installed for Grinding of Two Wheeler Brake Discs
Nissei and S K B team have ended the year 2017 with another successful installation of Double Disc Grinding Machine. The installation of fully automatic version of the V-5PD (SP) machine was done at a customer’s facility in North of India.
- V-5PD is a Double Disc Grinder exclusively engineered by Nissei for grinding of Two Wheeler Brake Discs with improved accuracies.
- V-5PD (SP) is a special version of the machine which can grind both Normal Round Brake Discs as well as Wave / Petal Brake Discs.
- V-5PD (SP) addresses the challenges faced by Brake Disc manufacturers in grinding of Wave / Petal Discs, which has uneven Outer Diameter.
- Machine is equipped with latest Fanuc 35i Controller and Automatic Loading & Unloading System for high productivity.
- This machine can be used with both CBN Stones as well as normal Grinding Stone segments for grinding of brake discs.
- V-5PD employs Plunge – Cut with Workdrive grinding method for brake discs.
- With this method the customer is able to grind heavy stock easily & precisely with faster & shorter cycle times and achieve all the required accuracies on the component.
